Returns / Cancellations Policy

Our company offers car inspection services with the aim of ensuring the safety and complete satisfaction of our customers. Our goal is to provide reliable and high quality services, however, we understand that situations may arise that require cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. Below are the terms for cancellations and refunds:

1. Appointment Cancellation:

  • Cancellation or change of an appointment must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time of the check-up.
  • In case of cancellation with less than 24 hours notice, you may be charged 50% of the service value.

2. Refund:

  • Refunds are not made if the inspection has already been carried out.
  • A refund can only be made if the service cannot be carried out due to force majeure or technical problems not attributable to the customer.

3. Exceptions:

  • No refunds or cancellations apply to special offers or services.
  • In the event that the service does not meet the terms of the agreement, please contact us to review the issue and find a solution.
